Jill was born in San Francisco, and grew up in a town just north of the Golden Gate. Following her artistic dreams, she traveled to southern California, earned her BA in Theater, and appeared in a number of local theatrical productions and television shows. For over a decade, Jill continued to work in production-related capacities, both freelance and full-time, for E! Entertainment Television, Interscope Records and MTV Networks.

In addition to acting and production work, Jill added makeup artistry to her palette of skills. Her reputation as a gifted and conscientious professional grew quickly. The demand for her services in commercial, TV, film and print, led to a busy bi-coastal career. The decision to move her home base from Los Angeles to New York City in 2008, was made in order to expand her range of experience and take on some new longer-term opportunities as well as some commercial and film jobs. Jill recently worked with Michael Douglas on the feature film, "Last Vegas". Prior to that, she worked on "I Don't Know How She Does It" starring Sarah Jessica Parker and in 2010 "Win Win", starring Paul Giamatti.

Other credits include "The Electric Company" an educational show for Sesame Workshop, currently airing on PBS. "Next Iron Chef" airing on The Food Network.
